Please fill out the form below to be considered for funding from the WPS Foundation. Eligible projects must directly impact Wichita Public Schools students. The WPS Foundation will only fund one project per staff member per school year.

Funding is reviewed by the Wichita Public Schools Foundation Programming Committee at their monthly meeting on the last Thursday of the month. Any requests made after the 3rd Thursday of the month will not be considered until the following month’s meeting.

Project funding will be scored using the 2025-26 Programming Committee Funding Rubric.

Per Wichita Public Schools, you must submit an intent to apply form before any grant funding will be awarded. Please fill out the form at the link below to qualify to apply for a classroom grant with the WPS Foundation. Questions, please contact grants@wichitapublicschools.org Intent to Apply
