Each August, Rally at the Roundhouse brings together more than 8,000 Wichita Public Schools employees for an unforgettable districtwide back-to-school celebration. Held at Charles Koch Arena on the campus of Wichita State University, the event energizes and unites teachers, staff, administrators, and support personnel ahead of the new school year. Rally at the Roundhouse celebrates the people who make Wichita Public Schools possible, creating a shared sense of pride, connection, and momentum as staff prepare to welcome students back into classrooms across the district.
